Green Consult-Global is a team of highly experienced certification experts. We are architects and engineers with extensive project management experience. We have over 12 years experience managing Green Building certifications of many kinds, deep knowledge of UK/BREEAM energy requirements and up-to-date specialist HVAC training. Our network includes Suitably-Qualified Ecologists and others necessary to complete all aspects of BREEM and other UK-relevant Green Building certifications.

BREEAM 
BREEAM is the UK’s most popular certification system and is the longest-established system in the world. Run by the BRE (Building Research Establishment) it encompasses New Construction, In-Use, Community and Home Quality Mark as well as a few systems that are being phased out such as Infrastructure.
Green Consult-Global are qualified BREEAM Assessors. We hold a license for Healthcare but we are qualified for all New Construction type projects; contact us for further details.
We are licensed BREEAM AP and can join the team and provide advice on any BREEAM project type operating in the UK.

LEED
LEED is a green building certification system operated by the Green Building Certification Institute in the USA and was developed by the United States Green Building Council. It is internationally well-established and many corporate clients prefer to use LEED to provide continuity with their project portfolio.
Green Consult-Global provides expertise in LEED for New Construction, LEED for Core & Shell, LEED Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance, LEED for Commercial Interiors and LEED for Neighbourhoods.
WELL 
WELL is one of the newest certification systems to achieve global recognition. WELL specifically targets building design and operational policies that improve occupant health and wellbeing. Green Consult-Global are WELL AP certified and have experience with ongoing WELL projects. WELL is especially suited to office projects (whether leased space as part of a larger building or whole-building) but can also be applied to education, food services and community planning. WELL ideally starts in concept phase like all GB certifications, but continues well into the operating phase. It requires close involvement by the client.
